Firose Khan, CEO of Arabian Business, highlights the diversification in geographic origins: ‘While previously most single female job seekers came from Asian countries, we now observe women from across the globe selecting the UAE as their preferred career launchpad.’

Additionally, the emergence of purpose-driven travel—including wellness retreats and professional development journeys—aligns with contemporary preferences.
