The attack occurred in Schachen, close to a local horse racing track, where an overnight rave had been scheduled to run into the early hours of Sunday. In response to the shooting, law enforcement has sealed off a large perimeter that encompasses the horse racing track, the town’s public swimming pool, and the local sports field.
